4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time. If a rescheduling request is made within less than 24 hours of the appointment, the appointment will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
